The Fluke SmartTrace 2082BT Premium Underground Utility Locator Kit is a complete professional solution for locating, tracing, and mapping underground utilities. Designed for contractors, utility technicians, and infrastructure professionals, this advanced locator allows users to safely trace both energized and de-energized lines while documenting results digitally in the field.

With a CAT IV 600 V safety rating, the SmartTrace 2082BT Premium provides the highest level of electrical protection available for underground locating equipment. It enables technicians to work confidently around live electrical systems while accurately identifying the path and depth of buried cables and pipes.

Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows the receiver to connect directly with the PointMan® mapping app, enabling real-time GPS mapping and digital documentation of underground assets directly from a mobile device. This eliminates manual transcription and improves accuracy when recording locate data.

The Premium kit expands capability with additional field accessories, including a Signal Clamp for non-contact signal induction and an A-Frame for pinpoint fault location. These tools allow technicians to locate cable paths, identify ground faults, and trace utilities quickly and efficiently even when direct connection to the line is not possible.

With a rugged IP54-rated housing, high-contrast grayscale display, and detection capability up to 30 m (100 ft) with depth measurements up to 6 m (20 ft), the SmartTrace 2082BT Premium is built to perform reliably in demanding field environments.
